  • Pilates Reformer is a training tool for the strength needed to harmonize with gravity when we are upright. By removing upright gravity, and supporting the body, you get strong and more flexible safely and in a way suited to where you’re at. You will be given masterful instruction and begin a regular practice routine that will support your life and the yoga practices we do together in class.

    Pilates matwork is an intense practice that applies the skills built on the reformer to more difficult floorwork. We host classes and group practice for the mat series.

  • Movement Foundations is our basic Yoga class where we learn how to feel our body in relation to gravity. This is not a flow where you’re expected to know sanskrit names and be able to pretzel your body. This is a body education where you are taught to listen to your body and know how to tell where you’re edges are and how to safely progress to the next version of you.

    We also offer gentle, strong bones, and restorative yoga classes with Milo.

  • Group classes host up to a maximum of 10 students. Classes run 60-90 minutes and are noted on the schedule. We are a friendly and welcoming community. If you want a more personalized experience out of movement, this is it!

  • Practice is like doing a group one on one. You have the benefit of personal attention without the pressure of it interrupting a class flow. It is also the most effective way to get the most out of your movement, especially when you want your movement to translate to everyday life being better. Everyone who has begun practice has felt some level of intimidation, and not a single one has ever regretted it or found their fears warranted.

    It is an unusual model, we are the only studio that offers such a system, so I completely understand.

    I assure you, you will be well supported and just like the hundreds who have before you, you will find what a gift it is to spend time in your body with permission to mess up and learn as you go.

    Practice sessions are 30 minutes and can be booked on the Reformer or Mat

  • I offer individual sessions for Biofield Tuning, Voice Resonance training, mantra and chant work, and movement.

    Individual lessons are not usually necessary for movement as our instruction is the highest quality in our classes and the personal attention you receive in practice. Typically individual lessons for movement should be used for special circumstances like injury or limitation that prevents you from doing many things that would take place in a class.
