All of our movement is meditation. Meditation is a practice of remembrance. Remembering to notice. Remembering who you are, which is not the voice in your head that berates you, but the silence that embraces you and your experience. Consistent practice moving from that place is a profound practice.

Our voice and vibration are essential tools for our wellbeing, often underrated in modern times. When we have sound meditation we use our voices to stimulate energy and vibration that keep us in the present moment and prepare us for silent meditation. Each class has a 10-15 minute period of meditation after the moving meditation, which can include a period of sounding before silience.

After a period of sound meditation, the silence becomes vastly more interesting to the mind. If you’ve ever felt silent meditation was impossible, you just haven’t discovered how curious and wonderous it is. Each class has a 10-15 minute period of meditation after the moving meditation.

Contemplation and Inquiry are used during our in-depth meditation courses. These can be attended in conjunction with your movement practice or as a stand alone program to transform your mind and life. It is highly recommended to have a body practice as it unifies the process of meditation for more effective results.

“Our meditations and chanting bring me deep peace, clarity ad openness and reaffirm the power of living in our bodies in the present moment. I love the time I spend with Beth.”
