Pilates is a movement practice that helps bring life back to your body—something many of us lose to modern habits like sitting, driving, and endless screen time. Beyond those physical strains, it also eases the mental stress of our nonstop, achievement-driven culture. The equipment provides gentle support, so you can move safely no matter your current abilities or how long it’s been since you exercised. Over time, Pilates builds balanced strength and stability that support everything from yoga poses to everyday tasks. For those who like a challenge? The pilates mat series is a physically demanding—and fun way to go beyond the traditional gym routines.

Yoga is a living philosophy meant to guide us back to wholeness. We don’t follow a single school or style—instead, we focus on helping you reconnect with your body and inner self. Our movement practice is methodical and progressive, so no matter where you begin, there’s room to grow toward your own goals. Along the way, we weave in concepts that support every part of life—from calming an unruly mind to navigating relationship challenges—because it all circles back to how closely we listen to and move with the body.

The majority of our clients are between ages 40-85. Active and mature, women and men who have found the gym atmosphere unappealing, and grueling workouts to be injurious at worst and unenjoyable at best. Those who have developed a curiosity about how their mind and inner world impact their body and life and vice versa, and are interested in aligning all areas of their life to experience more harmony and vibrancy on a regular basis.
The only obstacle to overcome are the voices of fear, hesitation, doubt, or self-judgement in your head, because once you try it, you will find out they were all lies and you’ll only wish you would have started it sooner.
“My imbalances and injuries have been corrected in lasting ways by consistently, gently and patiently building the strength, flexibility and balance needed to live life confidently. (Beth) has a beautiful gift for understanding how the body works together as a whole. I am so grateful to have found her wonderful studio.”
